Appointments may be rescheduled up to 12 hours before your start time using the link in your confirmation email.

Our booking system shows available start times based on the length of time you select. For example, if we close at 10pm and you choose a 2-hour booking, the latest start time shown will be 8pm (even if 9pm is available). To book 9pm, simply go back and select a 1-hour booking instead.
